Submit Your Ideas

We’re inviting you to share your ideas to inform Berkeley’s strategic plan. Here are three ways to provide your ideas.

Submit a Strategy Idea

We are looking for input from our campus community and encourage you to submit your ideas.

Attend a Focus Group

These 90-minute sessions will include a mix of faculty, staff, and students, with some grounding in the opportunities that have already emerged, followed by brainstorming of Initiative Ideas.

What Will Happen with Submitted Ideas?

We’ll be reviewing all the submissions gathered throughout this process, analyzing themes and the frequency of similar ideas, and choosing a few key Initiatives to focus on for campus wide efforts.  While we won’t be able to respond to every idea that is submitted, you may see your idea reflected in the campus wide plan or it may be pursued by individual units or departments.  Leadership groups representing faculty, staff, students, and alumni will review the submissions to guide decision making about the initiatives and overall strategic vision.

You can expect to see the results of this process by the end of Summer 2026.
